Contract Administrator/Executive Assistant Job Description Position Summary:This position requires information seeking and analytical thinking in order to maintain and update contracts that meet the needs of Impax Laboratories and external customers.Responsibilities:- Contribute to the negotiation, creation, administration, and analysis of contracts with a variety of customers (i.e. Wholesalers, Retail Chains, GPOs, etc.)- Update customer contracts in Sales & Marketing database and files.- Research, validate, and process customer.
