DescriptionThe Team Member works directly with guests providing courteous, friendly and professional assistance to ensure an overall positive guest experienceTeam Member roles may include Court Monitor, Greeter, Sales Associate, Party Host and/or Food Prep and are assigned based upon Team Member skills and the scheduled needs of the Sky Zone Park.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
oAttend regularly scheduled team meetings and training sessionsoPerform daily general maintenance/custodial dutiesoCommunicate and enforce Park rules, policies and proceduresoEducate guests on all products, programs and promos availableoGreet all guests and check-in party/event guestsoServe party/event guestsoAssist with court inspectionsoUnderstand emergency procedures and assist in implementing themoComplete sales transactionsoHandle guest concession orders and food preparation for concessions, parties and/or eventsoStock inventoryoMaintain a clean and welcoming environmentRequirements Ability to provide excellent guest service Must be able to interact and communicate well with people of all ages Ability to work nights and weekends Ability to develop a rapport with guests Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints Ability to identify and sell best value to guests Company InformationSky Zone Chalfont located at 145 Liberty Lane, Chalfont PA 18914 is a franchisee owed Sky Zone trampoline and active entertainment park which is full of one-of-a-kind attractions designed to push your limits, allow you to fly higher, laugh harder and have tons of fun.
