Modern office setting Food provided Duties - Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Assess client needs and provide appropriate claims assistance - Review policy documents and ensure accuracy and compliance - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products Experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Claims Representative - Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property, liability, workers compensation, and professional liability - Familiarity with insurance underwriting principles and practices - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficient in using insurance management software systems (Applied Epic) Please note that the above list of duties and experience is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
