Visiting Nurse, RN, Home Health, Full Time and Part Time

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, RN, for a full-time, part-time, or per diem position performing home health visits for our Upper Bucks Visits office, located in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
This office services adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in territories such as:
Souderton
Quakertown
Perkasie
Pennsburg
Telford
Sellersville
Harleysville
North Wales
Upper Bucks County and Montgomery County
As a home health nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative services to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for a Registered Nurse ? RN include:
Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
Performing client assessments as necessary.
Case management and coordination.
Work as part of an on-call rotation.
One (1) weekend per month.
Two (2) holidays per year.
Qualifications
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse ? RN include:
A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
A minimum of one (1) year of recent, verifiable clinical experience (medical/surgical, long term care, acute rehab, or home health) is required.
Prior home health experience preferred.
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
